前 言
PREFACE
正旗齿轮电机是集齿轮减速箱与电动机于一体，由结构各异的系列齿轮箱与不同类型系列的电机头子匹配成规格数以千计的相应用途的齿轮电机系列。可以满足冶金、矿山、建筑、包装、运输、水泥、造纸、印刷、制糖、食品、能源、环保机械等各行各业紧凑节能型电拖动的需要，也完全能替代从欧、美、日、韩等国进口的生产设备线上安装的齿轮电机。

一、安装前准备
One,Pre installation preparation
1、 开箱前应检查包装是否完整无损或者有无受潮迹象，开箱后应仔细检查齿轮电机在运输过程中有无碰坏损伤，紧固件有无松动或者脱落。
1, Before unpacking, check the packaging is intact lossless or signs of damp, out of the box should be carefully check the gear motor in the transport process has no touch bad injury, the fastener without loosening or shedding.
2、 详细核对齿轮电机的规格和技术数据是否符合要求：
2. Check the specifications and technical data of the gear motor:
（1） 铭牌上所载的型号、电机头输出功率、电机头输出转速、齿轮箱输出轴转速（或者齿轮箱减速比）、工作制、安装形式、外壳防护等级是否符合实际需要。
(1) The nameplate on the types, motor head output power, motor head output speed, gear box output shaft speed (or gear box reducer ratio) and working system, installation, shell protection grade meets actual needs.
（2） 核对安装地点的运行条件是否符合齿轮电机使用要求。正旗齿轮电机可以在海拔不超过1000米，环境空气温度-25度~50度，相对湿度不超过90%的场合正常运行。超出上述范围的场合使用须在订货时提出特殊要求而予以满足。
(2) Check whether the operating conditions of the installation place are in accordance with the requirements of the gear motor. The gear motor can be used in the elevation of less than 1000 meters, the ambient air temperature ~50 degrees -25 degrees, relative humidity is not more than 90% of the normal operation of the occasion. The use of occasions beyond the scope of the above shall be satisfied with the request of the special requirements when the order is made.
3、 卸下风罩，用手拨动风扇旋转，使输出轴转动一周以上，检查有无卡滞和杂音。正反放心旋转分别检查。对于附有直流电磁制动器的齿轮电机，不通电时处于制动状态，用手拨风扇不能旋转，须拨动释放螺丝解除制动后，再做此项检查。
3, Removing the wind cover, push the fan rotation, the rotation of the output shaft for more than a week, check card and murmur. Positive and negative spin separately check. For accompanied by DC electromagnetic brake gear motor, electric barrier in braking state, with hand rotating fan can not rotate , must toggle release screw,remove the brake, then do the check.
4、 用500v兆欧表测量所有带电部位的绝缘电阻，阻值不应低于0.5MΩ。如低于0.5MΩ应由专业电工查明原因再作处理。
4, use 500V megohmmeter to measure all the live parts of the insulation resistance, the resistance should not be less than 0.5MΩ. Such as less than 0.5MΩ shall be identified by the professional electrician to deal with the cause.

Three, Installation
1、 齿轮电机输出轴上允许安装联轴器、正齿轮、链轮以拖动负载，不宜安装斜齿轮、皮带轮拖动负载，以避免径向、轴向受力过大面损坏齿轮电机。
1, Gear motor output shaft allows installing the coupling, spur gear, a chain wheel to drive the load, should not be installed on helical gear, belt driving wheel load, to avoid the radial and axial stress surface damage of gear motor.
2、 齿轮电机输出轴轴伸在出厂前涂有防锈层，安装联轴器（正齿轮或者链轮）时，先要小心清除轴伸防锈层，然后利用输出轴端面螺孔以螺栓压板将联轴器（正齿轮或者链轮）压入，不允许采用直接锤击敲入的方法。

3、 用联轴器链接时，齿轮电机输出轴伸与负载轴要严格对中，使两轴中心线重合。用齿轮副啮合或者链轮链条驱动时也要仔细调整到良好的状态。这样才能获得理想的拖动效率，并延长使用寿命。

5、 齿轮箱注油：

正旗齿轮电机的齿轮箱部分设有三个螺塞，加油塞、油位塞和放油塞。出厂时均贴有标签，但一般齿轮箱内未注入润滑油。安装就位后，旋转下加油塞和油位塞，从加油孔中缓缓注入牌号为N220或者N320中负荷工业齿轮油至油位孔溢出为止，随即旋紧油位塞和加油塞。个别规格齿轮电机齿轮箱内在出厂前已注入润滑油，出厂时将向用户特别提示，用户在安装时就不能再注入润滑油了。
The gear box is provided with three plug, oil filler plug, oil level plug and oil drain plug. The factory are affixed with labels, but generally gear box is not injected into the lubricating oil. After installing, the rotating oil filler plug and oil level plug, from the oil filling port injected slowly into the grades of N220 or N320 medium duty industrial gear oil to the oil level hole overflow out so far, then tighten the oil level plug and oil filler plug. Individual specification gear motor gear box has been injected into the lubricating oil before the factory, and the factory will give the user special tips, users can not be injected into the installation of oil again.
6、 齿轮电机与负载机械连接部分应尽量避免裸露，尤其是采用齿轮副啮合或者链轮链条驱动时，应加防护装置以求安全。

7、 齿轮电机的安装环境应保证其良好的通风冷却条件，电机头风罩进风口应有充足的冷却空气来源。

8、 接线盒链接
8,Junction box link
（1） 齿轮电机应妥善接地，接线盒内设有接地装置供连接地线，也可利用底脚或者凸缘法兰紧固螺栓连接地线。
(1) Motor gear should be properly grounded, junction box is provided with a grounding device for wire connection, make use of the foot or flange bolts to connect the ground wire.
（2） 电机接线根据接线盒内设有的接线指示图接线。

（3） 对于附有直流制动器的电机，接线盒内附有整流器，有快制动和慢制动两接线方式可供选择。对于变频变压电源供电的电机，根据用户需要安装编码器和冷却风机时，其接线端子板固定在风罩上。

四、运转

1、 安装完成后，做全面检查确认无误后，方可进行试运转。

2、 试运转时一般先空载运转，如情况良好，再逐步加负载。

3、 运转时如发觉齿轮电机升温过高，有异常噪音或者冲击声，有异常气味或者冒烟等情况，应即切断电源，停机检查，排除故障。

4、 运转时需要经常检查齿轮电机各部位，以免发生振动及其他故障。

5、 运转时应注意齿轮箱内润滑油的清洁，如有脏物，金属屑等混入油内使油变色时应立即换油，正常使用情况下，第一次运转500小时后应换油，第二次为5000小时。如工作条件比较恶劣，应适当缩短换油时间。运转时要经常检查齿轮箱有无渗漏油，润滑油量是否足够。

6、 齿轮电机一般每年应大检修一次。大检修时，放净润滑油，应拉模卸下联轴器（正齿轮或者链轮），然后小心分解齿轮箱和电机头。检查所有轴承的磨损情况，游隙过大的必须更换。齿轮的齿面允许有少量的点蚀和磨料性磨损，如有大面积的损伤或者明显的塑性变形，则不得继续使用，须以新的齿轮备件换之。
6,Gear motor generally should be a big overhaul once a year. Overhaul, net of lubricating oil, should unloading coupling (positive gear or sprocket), and then carefully decomposition of gear box and motor head. Check the wear of all bearings, excessive clearance must be replaced. The gear tooth surface allows a small amount of pitting and abrasive wear, if there is a large area of damage or obvious plastic deformation, it is not allowed to continue to use, to the new gear for the replacement of spare parts.
五、存放
Five, storage
1、 齿轮电机暂不使用时，箱内润滑油应放净，无油漆的外露加工面应涂防锈油，轴伸及平键用油纸包裹。

一、安装前准备
